The hotel provides perfectly quiet conditions for peaceful sleep, but the rooms, though tired for a 5-star standard, allow a relaxing stay. The service, trained in old-school efficiency, ensures memorable celebrations with extra treats. The location offers friendly assistance, though the lack of ambience is noted. The dining, while not outstanding, is good for a meal near the heart of Sydney.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a nice view and tasty breakfast, feeling spacious for my family of 3 children. The staff were very good at communication, always friendly, polite, and respectful. The location was central, offering easy access to transportation and key attractions in Sydney, with great views of the harbor. The dining experience was good, especially the juicer, but lacked a cooking station. Overall, a great spot with friendly service and a convenient location.
